Sacha offers in-office, virtual, and walk-and-talk counselling to youth and adults.

Life can be stressful and at times it can be challenging to cope with the demands. Counselling is a valuable process that can strengthen resilience and re-establish balance and a sense of well-being. Counselling is a tool to enhance your life by creating a positive shift. It can help you increase your self-awareness, find ways to make small but meaningful changes that will help you grow your edges, manage your expectations, establish and increase your self-compassion, and accept failure as growth.

In counselling you have a non-biased source of support and guidance who promotes healing and thriving. Sacha will encourage you to recognize and honour your needs, take time for self-care, and help you plan and commit to carrying through. By focusing on opportunities and developing realistic goals she will help you accept change as a necessary part of the process and be intentional in taking action.

Children experience a wide range of emotions and challenges and often lack the tools to manage them effectively. While children can be resilient, when they experience difficulties coping with the stress they may act out and their behaviours can be concerning and exhausting. These behaviours can include:

  •  tantrums

  • bedwetting

  • nightmares

  • backtalk/defiance

  • hyperactivity

  • withdrawing

  • conflicts with peers

  • refusing to attend school

Sacha can help children, their parents, and families work through challenging situations, better understand the underlying causes of the behaviours, learn effective coping skills, and improve relationships.
