Sacha Lingenfelter

Sacha completed her Master of  Counselling at the University of Calgary in 2008.  She is a Registered Psychologist with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists with Authorized Practice Endorsement (APE) and is a member of the Psychology Association of Saskatchewan.  Sacha has a broad range of experience in settings such as addictions treatment, post-secondary education system, public school system, and private practice.  Within these settings, Sacha has provided counselling and assessment with children, youth, and adults dealing with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, attention issues, grief, abuse, challenging behaviours, intellectual disabilities, learning disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

Psychological Assessment 

Sacha offers psychological and psychoeducational assessments for ADHD, Learning Disorders, and Intellectual Disabilities with children and adults. The assessment will examine your, or your child's, cognitive, academic, behavioural and emotional functioning through standardized tests and questionnaires during the assessment.

Parent / Child Counselling

Children experience a wide range of emotions and challenges and often lack the tools to manage them effectively. While children can be resilient, when they experience difficulties coping with the stress they may act out and their behaviours can be concerning and exhausting.
